We would like to introduce you to our newest academic solution: Hall Pass! Hall Pass provides schools with:
- A digital solution for issuing student hall passes.
- A full record keeping of all passes issued throughout your school.
- Teachers and Offices can issue passes! (NEW)
Teacher Features
Issue A Pass
No need to track down the last known place of the physical pass. With any internet connected device, teachers can easily issue hall passes and assign to a specific student with an expiration date and time and a record of the destination.
My Hallpasses
Teachers will now have a dashboard that will display all passes for the current school day along with its current status including the remaining time or if it is expired. Teacher will also be able to view the destination and be able to message the student. Additional features include notification buttons for the student's principals, counselors and security personnel.
My Past Hall Passes
View all passes issues on previous school days. All information is available including the student photo, name, date issued, class period, duration and destination.
Teacher Dashboard
View a visual bar graph is pass counts per day of the current week. View passes counted by student from highest to lowest. View the most frequently issued passes by destination. See your current pass count.
Student Reports
Run pass reports with filtering capable of querying the database based on student, teacher issuing, and date ranges.
Teacher Messages
Send messages directly to the student on the device they are displaying their pass from. Passes can be marked as Non-Urgent or Urgent and include and unlimited character textbook. Messages will appear within the app on the student device. Teachers may also run reports per student displaying all past messages sent.

The Admin Dashboard provides administrators with a comprehensive set of tools to manage hall passes, monitor student movement, and oversee school operations.
Data Reports
The Passes by Teacher page provides administrators and staff with detailed reporting and analytics on hall pass activity, organized by teacher. This feature is designed to help monitor, audit, and improve hall pass usage across the school.
Pass Restrictions
The Change Pass Status page allows administrators to manage which students are restricted from receiving hall passes. This is commonly referred to as the No Pass List or Restricted List.
High Traffic Heat Maps
The Heat Map pages provide administrators and staff with real-time monitoring and reporting of student movement and hall pass activity specific to certain floors of the school building. Color-coded and overlayed on top of floor maps.
Misconduct Reports
The Misconduct Report page allows staff and administrators to document, submit, and review incidents of student misconduct or other notable events that occur during school hours.
Pass Verification
The Pass Search page allows staff and administrators to quickly look up and verify hall passes by their unique pass number.
Office Requests
The Office Pass page allows administrators (and authorized staff) to issue, manage, and track office passes for students. This feature is designed to streamline the process of sending students to the office for various reasons and to maintain a digital record of all office pass activity.
Office Messages Reports
The Office Requests Filtered page allows administrators and authorized staff to view, filter, and manage all office pass requests that have been issued. This feature provides a streamlined way to monitor office pass activity and respond to requests efficiently.
QR Pass Scanner

The QR Scanner feature allows staff and administrators to quickly scan and process QR codes associated with hall passes, office passes, or student IDs using a device’s camera.

The My Student Passes page allows students to view and manage all of their current and past hall passes. This feature provides students with a clear record of their pass activity and helps them stay accountable while moving throughout the school.
Request A Pass
The Student Initiated Pass page allows students to request their own hall passes directly from the system, subject to school policies and staff approval.
IT Staff Features
Add Students
The Add Students page allows IT staff and administrators to efficiently add new student accounts to the HallPass system, either individually or in bulk.
Add Teachers
The Add Teachers page allows IT staff and administrators to efficiently add new student accounts to the HallPass system, either individually or in bulk.
Site Variables
Site Variables
With an easy-to-use admin web interface, the Site Variables page allows IT staff and administrators to manage key configuration settings that control the behavior and appearance of the HallPass system.
Features
Heat Maps
For an additional cost, custom heat maps can be made available so that administrators can see where high traffic areas of each building floor are located and redirect staff resources to those areas for better supervision.
Student Self-Issue (NEW!)
Students can issue their own passes and teachers can view all active and expired passes from their dashboard.
Google Authentication
Google OAuth allows for seamless integration into the school's digital world by restricting user log to only those users with school issued Google email addresses.
Issue Passes
Teachers can easily issue passes in less than 10 seconds! Select the student's name from a list, pick a date and time, period #, destination and pass limit time. Clean, sanitary, cannot be lost and expires!

Group policies are set so that users can only see that correct data for their privilege level.

A full school year accounting is kept for current and pass passes, making it ideal for data aggregation and analysis.

Bulk Upload Students and Staff
Quickly upload thousands of students from your SIS system into our database in seconds. An easy-to-use backend makes small additions, modifications and deletions quick and painless.
Student Images
Use SIS school pictures and make them appear on student passes for easy identification and prevent pass sharing. Student images also help staff to better learn names and ID students in the hallway.
No Pass List
Sometimes students lose hall pass permissions. No problem, our app allows administrators to place students on a no-pass list that prevents any staff member from issuing them a pass and the staff member receives a well described error message stating the student is unavailable for pass.
Misconduct Reports
Teachers can quickly report a student if they fail to return to class, return late, or misbehave in the hallway. Administrators will be able to view this list daily and address the behavior.
Student Pass View
Students will be able to easily install our app as a web shortcut on their phone, log in securely with their Google credentials issued to them from the school and show their pass to anyone that requests it. Active and expired passes are easy to differentiate, and student always have access to the amount of time still remaining on their pass.
